The Cartridge Warehouse is a private Australian Family Owned Business that has been around for more than 20 years. 

At The Cartridge Warehouse we have No Minimum Order QuantitiesNo Credit Card Surcharges, Flat Rate Shipping - $8.50 and we accept All major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer the latest BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) options of Afterpay, ZipPay, LayBuy, Humm and Klarna.

We are a 100% Australian owned and operated family company with 40 years of experience and still going strong.

We are a debt free company. We do not buy on Credit Terms and we do not sell on Credit Terms. This allows us to keep our costs down and our profit margins low allowing us to have a competitive price advantage over our opposition.

As a specialist Ink & Toner cartridge retailer we aim to fill a need within the printing market to supply Ink & Toner cartridges and related products at competitive prices and a service second to none. We are proud to bring you a wider range of products at wholesale prices..

Our delivery time is 1-3 working days from the time of your order depending on product availability. All orders are shipped the same day provided it is in stock.

Delivery fee is a flat $8.50 per order anywhere in Australia. (read our Blog about delivery fees)

Overseas delivery fees will be quoted for each order and will be dispatched within 1-3 working days depending on product availability. We do not accept credit card or PayPal payment for overseas orders. Cleared funds into our bank account only. No exceptions!!

We do not have a Shopfront. All products are shipped directly from our warehouses. Pick-up in person is NOT available.

Our team - Jon Clifton started business at 15, the day after leaving school at Year 9.

Jon went to his local News Agency and purchased a rubber stamp kit to print up some
business cards and then went door-to-door in his surrounding suburbs handing these cards
out to potential customers. In those days the main range of products were Printer Ribbons,
A4 Continuous Paper and 5.25 Floppy discs. And I think he even sold the occasional
Dot Matrix printer. How times have changed!

40 Years on and Jon is still going strong. He is legally blind and uses a White Cane to get around.
His monitors are quite large and he uses large text to help him process orders and complete
day-to-day tasks. Being legally blind does not slow Jon down. His passion is Sales and
Customer service. Most of the time your call will be taken by Jon. Very rarely does he make a
mistake as Jon likes to triple check everything. But we are all human and make mistakes.

Jon's product knowledge is exceptional and his Customer Service skills are second to none.

One of Jon's favourite quotes - "I feel so privileged every time a customer calls us. They could
have called anyone but they called us. Our customers are the reason we exist!"

Meet Bella - She oversees the day-to-day operations and makes sure things run smoothly.
She has a great eye for detail to make sure you get the personal service and support you
would expect from a family owned business.

This is Bobby. He may look playful but when things need to get done Bobby knows how to
get serious and get the job done. He has no patience for time wasters!

This is Felix. He is in charge of Quality Control and Logistics. Don't let his cuteness fool you,
he is one hard to please dude. He is not happy unless everything is Puuuurfect!

Felix is also in charge of Credit Control. As we don't give credit his job is pretty easy.

All jokes aside, we are very serious about our Quality, Pricing and Customer service.
We aim to please and let's face it you are the reason we exist.
We are only human and make mistakes. Don't judge us when things go wrong. Judge us on
how we handle the situation. Not everything goes to plan but you can be assured we will
